As Peak Oil becomes a well known concept the economy will start to become unstable, as more information about the lack of accessible oil creates investment changes, and these will cause financial shock around the world. One positive benefit would be a reduction in oil use, but this may lull us into a false sense of hope....... climate change may be slowed, but will we have the ability to move on to a low carbon future?
